Life’s getting easier by the day. Click a button and food shows up. Hit a screen and someone else does the thinking for you. But I hate to break it to you troops, easier doesn’t mean better, especially when it comes to your health.


At Holme Run Fitness, our little corner of the world here in Tunbridge Wells, we’ve seen firsthand what happens when comfort creeps in and discipline slips away. People stop pushing themselves. They start looking for shortcuts. And before you know it, they’ve traded long-term strength for short-term ease.
